The planned steps of this research are:

July 2013-December 2014: Country analysis and writing of Country Reports for Germany, Kenya and Zambia

January 2015-December 2015: In-Depth Analysis of 2-3 exemplary areas common to all three countries

December 2015- July 2016: Synthesizing findings, developing policy recommendations and advocacy strategies.
